The Leadership Framework Accreditation

Impart your knowledge of the Leadership Framework to others by becoming an accredited trainer.

Accreditation will provide you with:

• Full access to the Leadership Framework website including tools, templates and updates
• Access to all training material include PowerPoint presentations, workbooks, worked examples
• Unlimited advice and support via telephone and email.

Accredited trainers can be a qualified person inside an organisation or you can work as your own independent contractor.

To get accreditation you must:

• be or have been a people manager for at least 12 months
• be qualified as a facilitator or have demonstrated experience in facilitation
• demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the Leadership Framework. This can be obtained through training and/or application.
