Leadership Framework Training

We can come to your organisation to facilitate training on a range of topics including:

Workplace training courses can either be done as stand alone sessions or in conjunction with a workplace consultation.

Workplace training sessions need a minimum of five people and a maximum of 10. We will provide participant training material. All you need to do is provide an appropriate room with equipment to present the material (such as white boards and data projector).

Self study memberships

To allow you to learn on your own terms and timeline we offer two self study options that walk you through how to become a better manager. Self study options include access to all content on the website as well as three titles from the Leadership Framework book series. You can also choose the Plus option which provides you with email and telephone support.
